OVERVIEW
Under the premise of complying with
relevant laws and regulations, and in order to guarantee the quality of service
and fairness to all users, the
A series of Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) clauses have been established for users
to restrict the hosting content and behavior.
Users must comply with the AUP terms in the
course of using the services or products. If a user violates the rules defined

through notification, warning, suspension of service, termination of service,
demand for compensation, and legal responsibility, etc.
We will deal with it in the following ways.
1. Prohibited contents and uses
1.1 Uploading content strictly prohibited
by the laws of the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, referring to
piracy, copyright infringement, brand imitation, fraud and so on.
This includes the use of reverse proxies to display websites, the construction
of KMS activation, and audio-visual websites that do not have relevant
copyrights.
1.2 All services and products must not be
used for illegal purposes.
Transmission, distribution, hosting, linking to any content prohibited by law
or regulation is not allowed.
Users are found to have illegal behavior in
the system, including but not limited to disrupting the operation of the
system, know how to change the system configuration or damage the system
security,
Running programs, processes, credit card fraud, etc. that affect the site's
servers will result in account suspension, freezing, or deletion without
refund.
Sakura Clouds LLC reserves the right to
interpret the final action taken to the extent permitted by law, and Sakura

1.3 Typical illegal content includes but is
not limited to:
Pornography, Lottery, Gambling, Drugs,
Trojan Horses, Hackers, Viruses, Scams, Private Services, Plug-ins,
Adult products, movie sites, gay sites, massage saunas, weapons, game coins,
invoices, online income,
Phishing sites, 18+ pictures and other content or related content, running IRC,
IRC bots and so on.
1.4 We do not allow users to use the server
to send spam.
If you are found to have such behavior, your account will be suspended, frozen,
or deleted without refund.
1.5 Running traffic mining, all kinds of
virtual coins, video hosting, cluster computing, traffic swiping and so on.
software that consumes a lot of CPU, bandwidth and hard disk resources
(Dedicated server customers are not subject to this restriction).
1.6 Use the host to send packets to the
outside and inside (whether or not active behavior), ARP attacks, ARP
hijacking,
scanning for weak passwords, malicious exhaustion, and interference with the
operation of other servers.
1.7 Use of the host to send spam (SPAM),
spam messages (messages, posts).
Spreading Trojans, viruses (including malicious files referencing other
servers).
1.8 Using Torrents, BT, etc. to download or
distribute copyrighted content.
Nested virtualization (Java / Docker / VDS are not subject to this
restriction).
1.9 Running public proxy
services, such as Tor, Socks5, VPN, MTProto, and so on.
1.10 Multiple registrations by the
same natural person, misuse of new user discount codes and other fraudulent
behavior.
Your account will be suspended, frozen, or
deleted, and no refunds will be issued, if similar fraudulent behavior is found
to be detrimental to the interests of the merchant and other customers.
2.Reasonable Use of Hardware Resources
2.1 Users are not allowed to maliciously
consume server arithmetic power and hardware life (e.g. mining, etc.), and are
not allowed to maliciously occupy a large amount of hard disk I/O.
2.2 The hardware environment of virtual
server (VPS) products is based on the principle of fair sharing.
Users are not allowed to continuously occupy a large amount of hardware
resources (including continuous performance testing, etc.).
2.3 Unless otherwise specified, the network
of all services and products is a shared peak bandwidth, based on the principle
of fair sharing.
Based on the principle of fair sharing, users are not allowed to continuously
occupy a large amount of network resources and use acceleration software such
as FinalSpeed (except for customers with independent bandwidth or independent
servers).
3.Virtual Server (VPS) IPv4 Address Replacement
3.1 If you require a specific IP address
segment, please contact our sales for a solution.
3.2 If a large number of IP addresses are
blocked during a special period, we will have the right to increase the price
temporarily.
3.3 The IPv4 address of VPS can be changed
for a fee of 5 USD/time.
3.4 You can change IPv4 address for free
once within 1 days of VPS startup.
3.5 If the IPv4 address is still blocked
after replacement, you can contact us within 12 hours by submitting a work
order.
You can contact us within 24 hours by submitting a work order for free manual
replacement (IP replacement is considered to be completed after 24 hours).
3.6 In the event that an IPv4 address is
blocked in certain countries during the term of the Equipment Rental, it is the
User's own use that causes the problem of blocking in certain countries.
In the event of a dispute, Sakura Clouds LLC will be entitled to charge a fee
for loss of IPv4 address property (as applicable).
4.Obligations of Users and Other Matters
4.1 If the service is attacked by DDoS, the
IP will be blocked by empty route for 24 hours. If the user is frequently
attacked
Depending on the situation, the user may be withdrawn, lock the server until
the expiration date and no refund.
4.2 The user is obliged to ensure that the
account and the purchased services and products are not maliciously invaded.
In case of intrusion or unauthorized transfer or authorization of use by
others, the user shall bear all the consequences.
4.3 Unless otherwise requested, we only
provide direct customer service to our customers. There is no authorization for
"purchasing" or "third party purchasing and transferring to
other users".
In the event of any problems, we shall be deemed to have been actively (or
passively) caused by the purchaser (direct customer).
4.4 We reserve the right to refuse to
provide the Services to a user, whether that user is a new purchaser or an
active user.
We reserve this right to ensure that we are able to provide a safe, efficient
and trustworthy service environment for the vast majority of Users.

The final interpretation of this Service Agreement is the property of Sakura
Clouds and Sakura Clouds LLC.
